I contacted Etsy through the live chat 8 days ago about the issue and still no answer.
I have 100% Message response rate, 100% on time dispatch and tracking , Average 5.0 review rate, and 0 case during last review period: 01 June–31 August, 2024. The customer service officer I chatted with also confirmed I should be eligible for star seller. I can see I didn't get the speedy replies badge. Is there something I am missing? Or just technical issue?
Hi, It looks like you have the Shipping w/Tracking Badge and the Reviews Badge. The one that is missing is the Messages Badge. If you click onto the previous period (for the last 3 mths.), does the CSV Download tell you what Message you may have missed? You did make the required No. of Sales and dollar amount (5 Sales, $300.00), otherwise you would have none of the other Individual Badges.
