I've just seen that my Star Seller dispatch rating for November is currently at 99% with 1 order missing processing time.
The order in question was placed on the 8th November and dispatched on the 9th November. The order ID is order_id=2657191893
I offer 1-2 days shipping so it was dispatched well within this time frame. I also only use Etsy postage labels.
I'm completely bemused as to why this is missing a deliver by date in the .csv file and why it's effecting my star seller score. I can only think it must be some kind of bug.

@EleanorLaneCo: Unfortunately we are at the mercy of if, when, and how often AfterShip updates records. If the shipper is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Often recent shipments are not timely updated. Usually a day or two after the package has been scanned the CSV file correctly shows tracking and shipment status and Star Seller stats auto adjust.

So this is something I "should" be able to get Etsy to correct their side, seeing as it's their issue.
This happened to me earlier this month, I sent a chat message and they corrected for me in 1 day

Mine is saying I missed tracking numbers on 5 orders from yesterday.. and when it shows me which orders I missed it on, they all show tracking! Wth? It also is saying they didn't ship on time, which I always ship the next day. I think there's some kind of bug. I sent a chat to Etsy Seller Support and they told me they can't change anything. So I guess I'm SOL. Great..

I use Etsy labels which connects to Royal Mail. It is a very integrated service and automatically updates with all of the information it needs. I suspect this is a legacy bug because the product in question is one that is repeatedly relisted and was originally created some years ago.
