Star Seller response from Oct affecting ratings

Hi there,

I haven't achieved the full star seller quota for the past month or two because a seller messaged me a few times in October and I replied to her questions in one email. Given this is way back in October, why is it still affecting my ranking?

Because the star is, and always has been, based on the previous 3 months performance.  I suggest you read the info and rules set out in shop manager if the star is important to you.

Thanks for clarifying this. I did look at the info via my dashboard and clearly misread it, which led me to ask the question. 

The star isn't massively important to me but I just didn't understand why it hadn't updated itself past 92%, that's all.
