Star Seller rate effected because of customer's late shipment request

Hi,

The customer requested us to ship her order later than the actual shipping date in our shipping profile because of her availability. We revised the shipping date in the order according to her request but it affected our star seller rate. Seems like we are shipping later than the actual shipping day in our shipping profile.

How can we fix it?

Did you extend the shipping times on their order? If you did, then this should not have affected your stats.

If it was just an agreement in messages, then there is nothing that can be done

@MERNLIVING -- Did you click the 3 dots in the order (right hand side) and then click the "update ship by date" which opens the "Reschedule 1 order and notify buyer" where you can extend the shipping date out to 3 weeks max?  This is the ONLY way to extend an order's shipping.  This HAS to be done at least 1 day BEFORE the original shipping date, otherwise it won't work and your Star Seller Metrics are affected.  Extending shipping can ONLY be done once, so be sure to extend accordingly.
