Star Seller page incomplete

My Star Seller page hasn’t shown number and $$ amount of sales for 2 or 3 days now. Is anyone else having the same issue? I crossed the $300 minimum line, and would sure like to actually SEE it!  ~~Juls

Those criteria ($ minimum and order minimum) drop off once they’ve been met for the current evaluation period. You won’t see them after that.

Thank you. I wonder why the # of sales stayed visible up to 11, even though I had met the criteria at 5! I really wish Etsy would leave those statistics up!

they are both visible, until you meet both the number, AND the $

the requirement is you have to meet both, and when you do - they both go at once

As of the moment, the Orders and Sales section on your Star Seller will only appear in your dashboard, if you haven't met the sales criteria or the 5-order minimum. We will take note of your feedback and we will share it with the team to consider for a future update. Please know that we take comments from the community to heart, and we make many changes to the site based on what we hear.
