Star Seller - orders showing as not shipped on time

I had two orders recently come up as not shipped on time on my report. One was placed on a Tuesday at 4:16pm, I printed the label at 8:26am on Wednesday (the following day), and USPS scanned it into possession at 11:26am that same day. The other order was placed on Tuesday at 4:26pm and labels were printed/scanned the same as the other one.  I have one day processing, but this is less than 24 hours from ordered to scanned. HOW is this not shipped on time?

@VintageInBloom: If the  shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order it often takes a day or two after the package has been scanned for the CSV file to correctly show tracking and shipment status.
