Star Seller on shipping and tracking orders

The star seller on time shipping and tracking is not right for one of my orders. There is told that 1 order didn't had a tracking number.

But the number i added is right, while the status on DHL website is saying that the order is already delivered. In Etsy it is not updated on the order i sent.

What can i do?

We've double-checked the tracking number on the order that has affected your Star Seller, and it appears that the Shipping carrier you've initially enter are unable to transmit the tracking events on Etsy. Thus, the order previously marked as no tracking. However, since you've able to update the correct shipping carrier, the order is now counting positively towards your Star Seller. 

On the other hand, it appears your shop wasn't opened for 90-days since your first sale. Please know that aside from the customer-centric metrics and minimum sales & orders requirements. You also need to have been on Etsy’s platform for 90 days since your first sale before you are eligible to be evaluated for Star Seller.
