I had a Star Seller badge and I noticed that it got removed because I didn't meet the needed message response rate within 24hrs.
The only e-mail I didn't reply to, was an advertisement from another seller I previously purchased from.
Are we suppose to respond to those as well to have 24hr response rate?

Yes. All initial messages require either a response or put into spam.
Go now and put that message into spam and it might correct your numbers . . . not sure if this month but for next month.
