Star Seller not issued due to response rate

For the first time I have not made star seller and the reason given is response rate. 

I have checked all my messages for May - I only had 6 messages.

One was from Etsy so can be disregarded. All bar one message was replied to within about a couple of hours.

The remaining message was initially replied to in an hour but I didn't reply to the last message. All the info I've seen says that the response rate only looks at the first message in a thread, not further ones. 

I don't know why I didn't get it?

You need to check messages for March, April and May.

THIS IS RIDICULOUS! I, TOO HAVE ALWAYS PROMPTLY ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS IN A MORE THAN TIMELY MANNER. ALTHOUGH I HAVE ALWAYS PROMPTLY ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS IT DOES SEEM THAT 24 HRS. IS A BIT RIDICULOUS. For instance my 86 yr. old husband is in intensive care with COVID, and you mean to tell me that should I respond in 25 hours, instead of 24 hrs. Etsy is going to take away my 5 STAR seller badge because of an hour too long in responding?????? If I'm a more than reputable seller, and all of my reviews are superb, why doesEtsy still feel the need to take my 5 star seller away from me. If this was a repeated offense, of my often not answer ing messages, then perhaps, but why isn't Etsy taking an overall mush closer look of performance. To say the least, Etsy is ONLY hurting themselves by lessening their profits from a very reputable seller. THIS MAKES NO SENSE AT ALL ON ETSY'S BEHALF! IT'S UNFAIR, AND UNREASONABLE!
