Star Seller not accurate.

Hi all!

I have patiently waited the past few days for my messaging stats to update. Even this morning I knew it would take time to see the badges I earned. It has now been calculated and I have earned 2/3 badges but my stats for my messages never updated. It is still showing the same percentage and that I "Didn't meet the target". When I download the report it is only counting my messages through the 27th. I received 7 more messages between the 27-30. Which should be counted.

I am not even sure if it would even put me into 95% but I would at least like to know and for it to be accurate.

The last few days of the month are not necessarily included in the calculations for that month. It would be nice if there were some kind of official statement regarding this, but there hasn't been. It's worked this way since the beginning.

You'll probably see them show up in the next month's CSV in a couple of days.

Thank you for the reply! I find that insanely frustrating when on the Star Seller page itself it states "Data based on last review period: April 1–June 30, 2022" incredibly misleading and inaccurate. I guess all I can do is accept it and move on. Thanks again for shedding some light on this!

I'm so sorry for you. The system is faulty for sure. For instance I had 96% on shipping & tracking a couple of days ago because of one delayed order which was shipped 1 day later because of bank holiday. Well, today my score is down to 92% for absolutely no reason and two of the orders which were tracked show up as not tracked now. And this is not the first time when tracked orders show up as not tracked on the 1st of the next month. It almost like they're doing it on purpose. Because fair it surely isn't.

So,  what is the technical improvement on the Messaging.   I go from 97% to 90% by the claim of missing one message.   I will not make the July so,  it comes to the time where I would rather not have the Star Seller Info on my page.   It's a joke the way it works.  

They claim to improve it and fix it,  but I cannot see any change.
