Is anyone else's customer service stats on the dash messed up? I usually see a link underneath the current period's progress stats to click and see my income attributed to the current period, but today it's not there. Are they re-arranging deck chairs again, or have they done away with this requirement?
As far as is known, that dollar tracking blurb goes away as soon as you hit the required $300.
So it could be that? You reached $300?
@LaRenaissanceGirl Once you earn the $300 that goes away. Did you?

Oh okay, that makes sense. Yes, I reached $300 in this current period.
The funny thing is, you used to be able to click the tab for "previous review period" and it would show a different dollar amount. Now when you click back and forth on the current and previous tabs, the dollar amount is the same.

I see. Yes, I did.
As far as I have seen, they haven’t shown any $ amount even if under $300 for several months
@CollectorsFinds3 Mine shows.
Look under customer service stats, orders and sales.
I've never had this in my stats. I didn't know Etsy provided this kind of information. Could it have been a test?
I don't think so. I've had it for quite awhile. It was helpful to see what you sold (dollar amount) in the current period compared to the previous period by toggling back and forth between the tabs.
I've never had this, but I've never been under the minimum sales/revenue since the programme began.
Mine does not show like that anymore either, like it did back in the past, at SS beginnings. I don't meet the $300 min yet, again, but it shows the 3 different stats ratings and that they are on track, not showing that I need to meet the minimum sales $ quota still.
I have had it since day one of star seller although it used to be visible like message response, on time shipping, etc. I think it changed to the tab layout when Etsy added the case rate box, not sure exactly of the time frame.
