Anyone else ever have this problem? For some reason, messages I have answered promptly are not appearing in my account towards star seller I missed one message out of 10 and dropped to 90%. Since then, 30 days later, I have answered quite a few promptly and these have not shown up on my star seller stats.
It also seems there is no way to contact etsy directly.
Any help is appreciated.

We double-checked the messages you received last February 2023, it appears that the messages that weren't counted are conversations you initiated, and you received the other messages after the cut-off for Message Response Rate. Please know that message sent on the last two days(UTC) of the 3-month review period may be excluded from the current review period and counted towards the next period instead. This is to allow Sellers a full 24 hours to respond and not be penalized for messages received late on the final day of the review period.

@FilipinoKaliSticks: Are you basing this on the applicable CSV file available on your Star Seller page? Remember that only the FIRST message of a NEW INCOMING THREAD counts for Star Seller and will be included in the CSV file. Also a message is not counted until after the 24 hour reply window has passed.
Yes, I am using the csv file. As I mentioned in my post, i have made MANY replies to NEW messages in the last few weeks. The 24 hour window does not apply here. I am long past that.
And yes, I am aware that it is for new messages.
