Star Seller - messages calculation

Hi, 

Based on the message history report for September badge- my messages since 28 September were not calculated, therefore i didnt got my badge...  Is there a way to recalculated it  by Etsy?

No. It always misses the last 2 days. Those stats will be included for November badge and review period, but it will not recalculate for October's badge.

@BluBom: New messages (threads) do not seem to be counted until the 24 hour response window has passed and at the end of the month there seems to be a mismatch as to which month the thread applies to, usually caused by timezone issues.
