This month my percentage has dipped because I realised I had a message in the spam folder on Etsy (no notifications from this, probably a couple of weeks after recieving)
I checked it and realised it was legitimate, replied immediately and marked not spam. Now my percentage of replies is affected after I reported it not spam??
Guess I should have ignored it according to Etsy.
What is the point of a spam filter if you still have to check every message coming through, and any legitimate message will count against you because their algorithm is wrong?
It just incentivises setting up robotic auto-replies which just feels like terrible Customer Service.
There should be some consideration from at least seeing a filtered spam message to reply time. There's no point in the filter if we have to receive notifications for all messages
