Star Seller is not displayed - but all targets have been reached

Hello everyone,

I'm Nicky, the female part of TheBDSMCouple and we have built a digital shop in the adult sector three months ago (March 23) and have been working hard to offer 100% service and quality to our customers.

We have achieved all the relevant points to be a Star Seller since June 23 now, which etsy shows us in the shop manager, but unfortunately the "Star Seller" is not shown in search results or on our shop .

Facts:

1. Our message response rate: 100%

2. Our average rating: 4.8

What can I do so that we get this badge?

Star Seller is only award on the 1st of the month. IT will not appear mid month.

You have to be 90 days, from the date of your first sale to get it. If that was March 23rd, it's only been 79 days.

Oh, I didn't know that the days are counted exactly . In this case I'll wait a few more days

You need to wait until July 1.

It isn't going to appear in a few days.

You first sale would have to have been three months ago in order to qualify, not three months from the date you first opened.  When you do qualify, it will be on the first day of the next month.   They don't award the star in the middle of the month.

@TheBDSMCouple: Star Seller is calculated and "awarded" only on the 1st of each month. If, as of the 1st, during the preceding three month period you have meet all the criteria (including 90 days since first sale, minimum number of orders, and minimum sales volume) the badges and Star will be there sometime on the 1st or 2nd.
