Star Seller handeling

I hereby put myself in line with all the other sellers that have difficulties with the Star Seller process. I can imagine the installation of a tool like this to be very complicated and that it needs time until it works correctly. I have been patient but now I am really frustrated.

I always ship on time ! I always respond to my customers and I have learned that it is very important to have the last word in a conversation, otherwise the system recognizes this as a message not answered. 
Last week I got a message that I didn’t see on time. I answered it a couple of hours late. Ok it’s my fault . But then I saw my response rate dropping from 100% to 50% !!! I find this extremely I fair . 

Also:

Most of the reviews I get are fair. 
But I have had a review that said “ everything was perfect “ but this customer granted me 4 stars . This of course endet in me not being a star seller for the next month. 
It’s just not fair. 

I feel even if I do everything right , I am not able to be a star seller continuously. 
I grew up in retail and have been there a long time . I know what customer service is and I am very happy to offer best quality products and best service. 

this star seller tool is not ready to work in my opinion . It still needs a lot of development. Until then it should be turned off .
