Star Seller error

For the second month in a row I have not received Star Seller due to message response rate.  But I reply to all messages very quickly and even checked to make sure I hadn't missed any.  Has anyone else experienced this?

Your Star Seller stats page - or whatever it's called - doesn't show you which ones you missed?

Sorry that happened- I hope you get to the bottom of it.

Thank you so much for your kind words about the baby quilt - I loved making it!  And, sorry for the delay in my reply.  This is the first time I posted a question here, so didn't know to look for responses (as opposed to getting a notification).

Thank you for your help!  I did, and found a spam message that went unanswered.  I marked it as spam and will do that in the future.

Did you check your Spam folder? Sometimes legit messages go there. 

What does your message history file say? It could be a message from October, November or December.

Thank you for your help!  I didn't know I had a spam folder in etsy messages, but will look.  I did find a spam message that made it through, was ignored, and resulted in my record being tarnished (!).  I marked it as spam and know what to do going forward.

Hoping this reply reaches everyone - I got all of my customer service badges back, but will need to wait for Star Seller designation until February.  It's fine, and I'm glad to have learned how to better manage things.  Thanks to all who reached out!
