Star Seller error with --% of 0 Messages?

Not sure what I can do to sort this, if anything?

I missed ONE message months ago (my Etsy shop hardly gets any), and have been waiting for this month hoping that Star Seller would be re-earned. I have 100% score on reviews and despatch times, but I've not had any messages to reply to for a month or so.

But it seems like the programmers failed to anticipate a shop getting as few messages as I do.

Any idea if this can be remedied? Or will it sort itself out eventually? Will I have to wait to receive a message?? No idea how long that might take!

Yes.

It's saying there's no messages in the review period.

Well that's quite annoying, and clearly a bug.

Thankfully someone who kindly messaged me yesterday after seeing this thread yesterday will have (probably) fixed it for December.

If you have no messages at all in 3 months, you don't get the message badge, but you will still get the star seller,  and the other two, as long as you hit the number of sales and $ amount,

on the wording in the box, it tells you it won't be counted against star seller

My other shop was like that last month

I actually got 2 messages there in October, so I have all 3 badges now

....

the stars you have now are from August-October

the ones showing in the main boxes now, are what you are working towards for December, to see what you earned for your badges showing now,, you have to click on "last review period"

Ah OK. Just me being too eager then and thinking I'd already spent my time on the naughty step for missing that one message months ago.

I get very few messages and when I didn't get any for 3 months, at the bottom of the message section, it didn't give a %, but said I was still eligible and I would get the % back when I got a message.  I don't ship and the fact I have no % for that also doesn't keep me from being eligible for star seller.
