Star Seller earned but not received

a couple problems here 

I do not have my star seller badge for this month. I earned it last review period but it does not appear. All of my green check marks appear in last review period. Message response target of 95% (I have 96%) Average rating target of 4.8 (I have perfect score of 5.0) On-time shipping & tracking target of 95% (I have 95%)

At the top of the star seller dashboard only 2 out of 4 are highlighted. It states “Your great service earned you these badges for June”. Keep going to earn the Smooth shipping badge next month is grey when it should be highlighted purple. Earn all badges you’re eligible for to become a Star Seller is grey when it should be highlighted purples also. My stats for this period are Message response target of 95% (I have 97%) Average rating target of 4.8 (I have a perfect score of 5.0) On-time shipping & tracking target of 95% (I have 95%

You have no badges at all which means you did not make the $300 minimum in sales

March was $1,089.81

April was $3,130.57

May was $1,659.78

June so far is $514.94

Check your shipping and tracking spreadsheet. It may give you additional information that doesn't show on the star seller dashboard

It may be that you are looking at the Current Period tab (it defaults to this) which is your progress towards the badge for April May and June (in progress), to be awarded on July 1.  The decision on the badges awarded on June 1, were based on March April and May.  Click the Previous Period tab on the Star Seller Page and you will see the scores you finished that period with.

Yes, the previous review period tab is on the right of the current review tab. All check marks like mentioned above but no star seller badge. 

This review period is also inaccurate. I have met all criteria but there are 2 out of 4 badges missing which should appear for July such as speedy replies, rave reviews, smooth shipping, and earn all badges you’re eligible for to become a star seller. The bottom 2 aren’t highlighted but they should be.

@KandiRager -- are you shipping with tracking?  Check your CSV and see if there are any orders that are missing this requirement.

Yes, they all have tracking. There aren’t any errors in my CSV download.

I see the Speedy Replies and Rave Reviews badges. Check to see if one or more of your tracking numbers posted incorrectly or were shipped without tracking.

No there weren’t any orders shipped without tracking. I use Etsy for labels. There is a bug or glitch.

UPDATE : Etsy finally got it figured out, some bug or glitch in the matrix. I got my Star Seller badge for this month & my current review period badges are now highlighted and I’m good for next month. Thank you Etsy !!
