Hi, I'm hoping to find some help here. I noticed that my Star Seller status for October has dropped to 80% because of a custom order that had a digital delivery (and thus, no tracking). The order was sent on time and my customer was very happy with it. How can I get this fixed so I don't miss out on Star Seller for October?

Unlike instant downloads, you don’t upload a file when creating a made-to-order digital listing. Once you’re ready to send the finished file to the buyer, complete the order through the following steps:
@FarBetterThings0: Unfortunately, Etsy had made it clear that they will not manually adjust Star Seller data. Was the custom order inadvertently set up as a physical item?
Etsy doesn't have a category for e-mailed files,
If you want to e-mail them, you have to list them as physical, otherwise etsy illegally charged VAT on them.
They still do for EU, but at least my UK customers are not charged incorrectly.

Unfortunately, I already marked the order complete. It's just flagged because there is no tracking information. I selected digital delivery. I wish this wouldn't count against my Star Seller, but I guess there's nothing I can do about it now.
I will keep this in mind for future orders, though. Thank you!
