I got an email from a shop giving me a discount for an item I liked. I didn’t reply to that and it costs me a star seller for the month? This is legitimately stupid.
The seller should not have done that, it's spamming, go to their shop and report them for spamming,
then mark the message as spam, as that's what it is, and it will eventually drop out of the stats
