Star Seller didn't calculate the last data over the weekend.

Jump to solution

My Etsy shop was one percentage point off from email responses. Not sure this was accurate in the first place. But also, my responses over the weekend were not counted and the star seller badge wasn't applied for this month.

If you're going to run a program that has us attending to our small businesses 24/7, please ALL count our responses.

Hello @WhimsyBarnVintage,

Please note that messages sent on the last two days of the 3-month review period may be excluded from the current review period and counted towards the next period instead. This is to allow Sellers a full 24 hours to respond and not be penalized for messages received late on the final day of the review period.

Thank you very much!

@WhimsyBarnVintage: First, you may have entered the dreaded time zone trap. It seems that Etsy uses UTC for most things, but many "reports" are based on your time zone. September 30 to you may be October 1 to Etsy. Secondly, looking at other posts in this forum it seems that the last few days of a month routinely get rolled into the next month when doing Star Seller calculations. Also it appears that new message threads are not counted until after the 24 hour response window has passed.
