My shop has been qualified for Star Seller for April. I have received an order which must be sent in May (almost all my items are digital but I have some physical too). Despite I had been qualified i hadn`t received the badge due to not meeting the target in shipping. I had no orders to be shipped in April so there is no logic in taking in effect the shipping of that order(it has been sent timely in May).
Look at the order and see when it's due to ship.
