Star Seller badge not calculated properly

I have reached all the criteria for Star Seller for last month and it even shows 100% on time messaging, 100% dispatched orders and a 4.8 rating. However I didn’t get the star seller badge only the speedy message and rave reviews badge. Just curious if it wasn’t awarded properly

@JackalopeCatDesign: Have you checked the applicable CSV file on your Customer Service page (previous period for July 1st badges and Star) to see what Etsy thinks was late or otherwise had something wrong with it. In particular make sure that *Had processing time?* = yes, *Ship by* has a date, *Tracking/label date* has a date, and *Shipped on time?* = yes. Remember that Star Seller dates / times are in UTC not your time zone.
