Hello Etsy Team,
I believe my Star Seller rating for July might be incorrect.
According to my seller dash-board, I met all the requirements for the July evaluation period
(April 1 to June 30, 2025)
100 % Message response rate
100% on-time shipping with tracking
4,9 average rating
0 case
Over 30 oders and more than 500 Euro revenue
The performance stats clearly show that all criteria have been fulfilled.
However, I did not receive the Star Seller badge for July, even though I should qualify.
Could someone please check if this is a technical issue or a delay in the badge assignment?
Thank you very much n advance!

When I look at your shop, you are missing the shipping badge but have the speedy replies and ratings badges. Check the csv for what is missing in shipping.
@PeilchensBunteKiste the revenue is only the item price. Not the total you collect for the order.
I ship many of my items – for example mini tumblers and small keychains – using Maxi-Brief with basic tracking (Deutsche Post).
This shipping method is reliable, affordable (only €2.90), and perfectly suited for small, lightweight items.
Each shipment includes a tracking code (e.g. A003…), which I enter into Etsy. However, Etsy keeps showing these orders as “in transit”, even though my customers have already received them and even left reviews.
I assume Etsy doesn’t count this type of tracking as valid carrier tracking, which might be the reason I did not receive the shipping badge in the Star Seller program – even though all my shipments were sent on time and trackable.
I think it’s unfortunate that small shops using affordable shipping options are disadvantaged because of this.
Maybe Etsy could consider including this kind of tracking in the future.
@PeilchensBunteKiste: If an order shows "in transit" one could safely infer that Etsy was able to verify the tracking number and you should be okay for Star Seller. What happens if you click on the tracking number link on the actual order? If it opens the courier's tracking page and shows the scan history then you have proof that the tracking information was entered correctly.
You need to check the applicable CSV file on your Customer Service page (previous review period for July 1st badges and star) to see what Etsy thinks is late or otherwise has something wrong with it. In particular make sure that *Had processing time?* = yes, *Ship by* has a date, *Tracking/label date* has a date, and *Shipped on time?* = yes. Remember that Star Seller dates / times are in UTC not your time zone.
