Star Seller and Deliveries Incorrect statistics

My statistics are incorrect. It is showing that I have dispatched late on 1 buyer and not put in tracking details for 2 others, this is not the case, I have never dispatched late, and I have only missed one tracking back when I reopened my store in March after holiday mode for a year so I was a bit quick on the complete button otherwise I have been extremely diligent to make sure that I have put in the details properly. Could you please look into this issue, it is really very disheartening and disappointing. Also we need a specific box for letter post that does not have tracking for the small items or documents. This seems to be the the problem items that are causing the postage errors on the tracking...

This is so true, I have not been a big proponent of the whole "Star Seller" issue as I still haven't seen the benefit so although I did receive a badge I don't like the fact that it is not consistently awarded due to an error on Etsy's part. I did not have a delivery that was not shipped within timeframe, for whatever reason the USPS did not update their tracking info (all my pkgs are sent priority mail). I saw that it still showed buyer had not received after 4 days so I contacted him and of course he had but obviously USPS didn't update their info. He also gave my item and shop a 5 star review so I of course assume he was happy with delivery time as well as the item. If I am going to enjoy any benefits from this "Star Seller" system the entire process needs to be handled correctly from A-Z. I totally agree with the above seller regarding a better way of communicating errors in this whole "Star Seller" process, it took me half a day to track down the best (or only) way to contact a support person! Thank you,

Hi Becky, I have worked out what is happening at my end now, its because I dont use the Etsy postage system, I use my own account with Australia Post, the system doesnt like it at all. I copy and paste the numbers and it doesnt seem to pick up the tracking I have put in. I am still trialling the input problem but I am pretty sure this is what is causing most of my issues... I have this same issue and it’s hard enough to achieve star seller as a very small shop so it’s extremely frustrating when your rating is wrong and not due to one’s own fault. I wish programs like this would only ever be installed if they truly have no technical issues that punish us sellers. It is after all us sellers that earn the money to support etsy. I’m gonna get off my soap box now. Thank you.
