I have noted that 4 of my orders did not have tracking information. However, these were set for local pickup. So I'm not sure how I am supposed to have tracking information? The orders were completed, and marked as completed, on time. I have nowhere to put that the person picked them up and received their item on time?
@Bluebirds3: Pickup and delivery orders do not require tracking to be marked as complete, but physical orders without tracking negatively affect Star Seller. Will local pickup orders be part of my evaluation for a Star Seller badge?
All physical listing orders must include a valid tracking number or a shipping label purchased on Etsy to be considered for a Star Seller badge. At this time, we’re unable to make exceptions for local pickup orders.
This also applies to delivery orders.
Local pickup does not count for Star Seller. You must mail everything with tracking if you want Star Seller.
