Star Seller - Tracking



Hello,
A customer made three separate purchases from me on the same day, which I sent together in one package (Germany). To do this, I provided the same tracking number for all three purchases. This is more customer-friendly and environmentally friendly than sending three separate packages. Now the star seller shows it to me as “sent without tracking” and gives it a negative rating. Could you please correct that?

hallo, Jutta, du sprichst hier nur mit weiteren Verkäufern. Du müßtest dich direkt an Etsy wenden, denn normalerweise kannst du schon mehrere Sendungen zusammen versenden. Hab ich neulich auch ohne Probleme gemacht.

Da du ein Star Verkäufer bist, hast du ab nachmittags rechts unten einen Button im Dashboard, wo du direkt mit dem Etsy Chat kommunizieren kannst.

Welches Versandunternehmen hast du gewählt? Vlt ist das Tracking auf ein anderes umgesprungen...?  Das passiert leider öfter! Dann hat man 3 Tage Zeit es zu korrigieren. Hast du auch alles korrekt eingetragen und alle 3 als versendet markiert?

What you did is the correct thing to do. I have only done that once recently but it did not count against me. Could you have maybe copied it wrong? As stated above, we cannot do anything for you regarding your star seller stats. Maybe give it a day or two and see if it updates, if it has been a recent sale.

you have to enter the tracking number, and mark as complete, on the other two orders, within the dispatch date

you have to make sure the correct shipper is selected, 

and

you have to get the tracking number exactly right, no leading or trailing blanks, make sure and "0" or "O" are typed correctly etc
