Those 7 orders that were missing tracking numbers were all cancelled by customers and money refunded to them.
The Buyer may have requested a cancellation. You may have refunded their money. BUT, if the Orders are still "open" and "missing tracking numbers" then it looks like you did not Cancel the Order from your end. Go to the X Cancel function on the Orders Page and Cancel the Refunded Orders. (Use the "3 dot"s under the "envelope" to the right of the Order to access the X Cancel function.
