My star seller tracking information is not correct. I delivered one package to my next door neighbor, so it did not have tracking. Are you always docked for a local delivery? Also, one of my packages show "pre-transit", but when I click on the provided tracking number it shows that it was delivered. Is there anyway to get these issues addressed?

Personal delivery counts against you because Etsy has no proof of delivery.
I guess lesson learned on that one, but the other issue is not an error on my part.
Etsy support can fix the pre transit problem but just don’t mention star seller when you contact them
In person deliveries will count against you for SS, simply because there is no proof of delivery that Etsy can check. Better to ship all orders, but if neighbours, family or friends want to order, tell them there is no need to go through Etsy, they can order directly from you and Etsy are not involved.
That second pre-transit package may correct itself in a couple of days if it is showing as counting against you. Etsy support did fix some of those awhile back when it was an Etsy issue so worth a try. You can fix hand delivered by sending them a receipt in the mail using a stamp with tracking but must be done within 3 days of shipping.
