The Button is disconnected ...blank screen that says "try again". The button worked at one time. Fortunately, I haven't had a serious problem but it's comforting to have it working. I did need it when I received some ugly spam.
I have tried every which way to get to support on and off for a few months but just give up in frustration. Below are suggestions for a "Label" for my problem...none seems just right but I will choose one.
Any suggestion would be welcome.

try signing out, clearing cookies and cache and log back in. You could also try different browsers or via the app. (it is currently working using pc / browser Chrome) so it is most likely an issue with your device or settings
