I shipped two items to a customer and only put shipping info in one and now that’s the only thing keeping me from being a star seller. It’s saying I don’t ship on time ( I do). Any tips?

You can add the same tracking number to the second order up to three days after you ship (as long as it is still within the promised shipping time), if it is past that timeframe, you are stuck with the strike until it drops off in three months.
