My star seller status has gone due to 'shipping issues' despite the fact that I only sell digital products. I have achieved the rating and message response stars but for some reason the shipping and delivery star is now saying that I haven't obtained it when it has never been an issue before.
I reached out to Etsy a number of weeks ago and they said that they knew of the glitch and that it would be sorted but am yet to hear anything and can't find any support contact details now! Is it possible for someone to look into this for me please?
