Star Seller Status Not Updating Properly

For whatever reason, regardless of my average review rating status being 4.8 with numerous reviews this month, it says I have yet to qualify for next month’s star seller status. To qualify you must have a 4.8 or higher, which I have. I check it whenever I get a new review and it will not adjust. I think this is a technical glitch. 

I’d share a photo, but I see no option to do so.

Add up all the stars and divide by number of reviews for the current star seller time frame.

160 / 33 = 4.84

It says I’m at a 4.8, but shows I haven’t qualified according to progress bar for next qualification period.
