Star Seller Status Not Awarded.

I hit ALL the criteria for Star Seller status, and while I appreciate it might take up to 24 hours to appear in Star Seller dashboard, my dashboard clearly states that I didn't meet the criteria for August, and that my next chance is September.

I have worked very hard to ensure I met (and surpassed) all the relevant metrics, but for some reason I am not being awarded with the status.

Can someone please explain how/why I failed? Because every metric has clearly been surpassed over my three month probationary period.

Please advise.

I'm so sorry this happened.  There is an additional criteria of having 5 orders equalling a total of $300 within a consecutive three months time.  If this wasn't met, the star will not be issued.

@PatternSeamstress: Based on your shop home page, It appears that you did not meet the qualifications for shipping. Have you checked the applicable CSV file from your Star Seller page to see which order(s) Etsy thinks there is an issue with?

Also, just so you know, even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts)
