Star Seller Stats

We have not received the Star Seller this month as it seems we fail on responding to messages. We have always responded to all messages very quickly, well within the required time, however in this past month no one has sent us any messages to reply to so it seems this means we fail !

We meet all the other criteria and met the message criteria previously. 

It doesn't seem correct that we are failing on something we have no control over.

@FineLaneCrafts: "... in this past month no one has sent us any messages ..." Not receiving any new incoming Message threads during the three month review period will not prevent you from receiving Star Seller, just the speedy replies badge and will show as '--%'.

Based on the date of of our first review, are you sure that you are eligible for Star Seller? Star Seller is calculated and awarded only on the 1st of each month, and on that day it must have been more than 90 days since your first sale, then you need to have met the order quantity and volume requirements during the preceding three month period, and only then are the other metrics considered.
