Last week I got a four star review for the first time in years.. I had a 5.0 and it knocked my stats down to a 4.9. I emailed the customer and was told that they tried to submit five stars and that it would only allow them to submit four stars. This is not the first time that I have been told this either. I went ahead and decided to not worry about it and just wait for the next time around and since then I have received two more positive reviews that have been five stars each. For some reason today my rating has changed to 4.8. The statistics are not adding up at all. Can somebody please call me at the phone number that I have provided and explain to me how this works. I believe that this is definitely a technical issue.
