A customer sent two separate messages and I responded with back and forth responses in one of the messages, but the other is being counted against me and only showing an 80% response rate. How can this be updated?
if they sent two separate messages you would have had to reply to each one separately. nuisance really.

The rules for the star badge are very clear and have been for over 1 year now.
You HAVE to reply to all NEW messages.
The only way to fix this is mark that one message you didn't answer as spam (which technically it isn't and I'd never do this).
