Star Seller Spam Message

Hello,

I just realized this morning that I didn't get the Star Seller badge bc Etsy said I didn't respond to a message within 24 hours. When I downloaded the excel report, I noticed that the message I didn't respond to was Spam. I marked it as Spam now, but will it be adjusted for this period? Should I contact them?

No, it will not be adjusted retroactively for the star awarded yesterday (last review period). It will be adjusted for the current review period which will award the star on October 1. There is no point in contacting etsy as they will not make any changes to the star seller bits.
