Star Seller Shipping

There is an unused label I created for a customer to ship back on item. They did not use it and instead sent the item on their own. That label is still sitting there for that item and can't be canceled. It is showing the item still needs to be shipped and it is counting against my star seller rating for shipping. How can this be fixed?

Did you create a return label or buy a regular Etsy label?

A return label will expire on its own and is not part of the star seller program for counting.  It sounds like you bought a regular label.  I would cancel the label.  It may not help the star seller program.
