Star Seller Score Messages Issue

I respond to every single message I receive. In fact, I'm quite crazy about making sure I never have unread messages. In fact, I don't have one message in my inbox from the last 6 months that has not been responded to! So I want to know why it is every single month that I NEVER get the "Speedy Replies" badge. I have literally NEVER left a message not responded to!! This is extremely frustrating especially after receiving a bad review that was a complete and utter LIE and Etsy still did nothing after I reported it. She lied in the review AND left photographic evidence in her review that proves the lie. I'm just disappointed in Etsy lately. We as sellers pay SO MUCH money into this site and it's because 9/10 everything is seamless and amazing! But these issues that come up are beyond frustrating. My business can be sent down hill just from one person lying in their review and I can't get help from Etsy because there is NO phone number to call, no chat option to resolve issues immediately. Seller customer service is EXTREMELY lacking, and I would really like to see that change given we are all now paying 1.5% MORE to Etsy.

To get individual badges, you must first get the sales amount (5) and $ amount ($300). Did you meet these?

Yes I did meet those requirements. I know how the star seller badges work. I've previously had the rave reviews badge. Shipping times have been screwy for a couple months so I haven't had it yet. i've been in business (consistently) since September of last year.

You none of the badges which means you didn’t make the minimum for sales. $300.

I made plenty of sales for the badge. It says in my dashboard that I have a 93% response rate for messages. How's this possible when I've never once missed a message or not replied???

From your SSP dashboard, you can download a spreadsheet to show which messages did not have replies.

Start by downloading the csv file of your messages to see why you are being rated down.

These are the reasons for no badges

You did not hit the min sales numbers or $

You failed in each category - look at - star seller - last review period, for the numbers, and you can download the CSV of the ones that are low, to see which ones missed.

your are not the single one who has this problem... we are a lots with the issues that you have mentioned ... this is not correct ..instea of creating beautiful thing..now we are stressed by this e.v.i.l. program...
