Last two sales of my orders isn't updated on the star seller status. Rest of them are updated.
Is there anyone we can contact?
@WatercolorToronto: How long ago did you ship? Have the packages been scanned? Have you checked the CSV file from your Star Seller page? If the shipping company is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order. Often recent shipments are not correctly / timely updated. Sometimes an order is not counted until after the scheduled ship by date, regardless of when you actually shipped. Our experience is that a day or two after the package has been scanned the CSV file and Etsy stats correctly show tracking and shipment status.

I checked it, indeed the orders are there but the price is not same as what they paid. I don't know how that works by ETSY. I always ship with tracking number with Canada post and it updates instantly.
@WatercolorToronto: Are you sure that you are looking at the correct file? The Shipping file available from your Star Seller page does not include any prices, only the details required for Star Seller stats.
