Thank you for your time and consideration.
There is a miscalculation in my star seller report.
Etsy's star seller progress report claims that 1 of my orders was not shipped on time with tracking. However, I am 100% sure it was... Also, on Etsy, the order history clearly shows this item was shipped on time, with tracking.
I am not sure what to do, I contacted Etsy for support and was asked to make a post here. If anyone knows what I can do next please let me know. I'm sure it was just a silly mistake.

Imo it was silly of someone to tell you to make a post here. We are just other sellers. Open a help ticket on Etsy and show them your proof of shipping within the correct dates. It might take them a few days to get back to you but once you show them your proof then They should fix it. If you don’t have proof ( like a receipt) then Etsy is going by the info YOU put into the system and you will have to live with it.
I hooe you know star seller doesn’t help or hurt your sales it is a pretty star to Pat you on the head with.
