Star Seller Rating

I have answered approximately 75 sales over the last 3 month within 24 hours. Most of those sales are not recorded. One was not answered. Customer service is a waste of my time. They're telling me that I must receive a message from my buyer. How do I force my buyers to send me a message. What is one to do?

@NanaLetha   I think, if I am reading correctly, the seller has fallen victim to the message scams.

I'm confused.  If you mean messages, then only answering the first message in a thread counts toward Star Seller and needs to be answered within 24 hours.  The rest of the messages in the thread don't count.

What messages are these?  Are these messages that start with there is a problem with purchasing and need your email or credit card information?  Purporting to be Etsy staff?

If so then I think you have been the victim of the scams that have been plaguing Etsy.

If it is star seller, you need only respond to the message sent to you by the buyer.  But you are saying sales not recorded that is something else.

The CSV for messages will show your responses and time frame.
