I have already spoken to customer service, but they were not able to help and referred me to the Technical Issues. My percentage of 'dispatch on time & tracking' is not correct. It should be 100%, not 98%. Customer service mentioned that I was still on track, so no problem, but that is not my issue. The information in the CSV-file is incorrect. I always add valid tracking numbers and I do not want this to happen again.
The CSV-file reports that one order was shipped without a tracking number. This is incorrect. The tracking number was added. It is also a shipper supported (PostNL) by Etsy. Customer Service gave the link from aftership.com and my trackingnumber is traceable and therefore supported by Etsy. Could you please correct this? Customer Service told they were not allowed and that it is an automated system.

@HestiaBrocante This is a seller peer to peer forum, not a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope.
This issue has been addressed in several threads on this forum. Our experience is that the CSV file is often behind reality. You said that the shipper is supported by Etsy, so make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking and often recent shipments are not correctly / timely updated. Our experience is that after a day or two the CSV file correctly shows tracking and shipment status.

All the information in this order is correct, so it is either a glitch or maybe solved in a few days. I now understand by your replies, that I cannot do anything about it.
Sometimes there are just glitches. I had one just like that..USPS Priority tracking right on the order and it said on the CVS "no tracking". They never did fix it. I'd not hold out much hope.
I now thinks so too. A bit disappointing that customer service brushed me off and was not helpfull at all.

Etsy uses Afership and that doesn't always work. Etsy notes that in the star seller program. Unfortunately they seem to not to want to address it. You are not the first person to experience this. You are not the last.

I understand now that this sometimes may occur. I just hope it happens once in while and not too often. I guess I have to let it go and accept it for what it is.
There are two aspects the the shipping part of the badge. The order must have tracking AND it must ship on time according to your ship by date. Did your ship by date for the sale in question happen to fall on a holiday so you shipped next day? Etsy does not account for holidays, if your country has one you are expected to manually extend the ship by date for sales due to ship that day.

It was shipped on time and a valid tracking number was added. I know about the information you gave regarding holidays and extending the shipping date. That was not the issue here. The trackingnumber is not recognized. Maybe when it is scanned by the handler in the receiving country it will be adjusted. If not, it is a glitch and there is not much I can do about it.
