I'm fairly new to selling on Etsy and made Star Seller status on 1st November. Since then, i have noticed that my % for On time dispatch and tracking has dropped to 90%. When i look at the stats it says all 208 orders have been dispatched on time, 0 orders were late but 21 orders are missing tracking info. I have never added tracking info to any of my orders. So why is this suddenly happening?
When i download the order history, it is showing random orders as no completion date yet in my Etsy account, all orders have been completed on time.
I have asked customer service about this and got sent here...help!
