I just want to seek advice reading star seller on-time dispatch tracking. in my record, it says there that i am missing two tracking information. so i downloaded the shipping stat spreadsheet to check, it shows there that i have two orders dispatched that were not on-time, which i think is wrong. since all my orders are on-time and i do not have missed orders as well. is there a way to correct this? TIA.

We've double-checked the orders affecting your Star Seller, and we can confirm that they don't have a valid tracking number. As a seller from Canada, please know that aside from shipping an order on or before its ship date, you also need to add a valid tracking number for orders CA$15 and above, for them to count positively towards your Star Seller. How long ago did the orders ship? The CSV can be incorrect for several days, and then eventually corrects itself.
