My star seller is at 88% for shipping as it states I didn’t add tracking. The tracking was added manually when completing the orders. Please advise!
Are you looking at the tab for the current period? Or the previous period which ended yesterday. Once the new month starts, the old month goes to the previous period tab, and the current period resets, dropping the first month from the last period off and is replaced by the third month in the new period which has just started. As October goes by, your October sales will be reflected, but currently you are only looking at two months worth of stats.
@SSDesigns2020: Are you basing this on the applicable CSV file available on your Star Seller page (previous period for October Star)?
If the shipping company is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order. Have the packages been scanned? Sometimes a tracking number cannot be validated until after the first scan is publicly available. Our experience is that a day or two after the package has been scanned the CSV file correctly shows tracking and shipment status. An unsupported shipping company or invalid tracking number equals shipped without tracking.
