I am a consistant Star Seller and I noticed this month that you claimed I did not respond to a buyer. When I spoke with your agent Julia today 05.24, she said the problem was that I didn't respond to Avi (a shop I bought from) for 5 days. If you read the email I was the one waiting for Avi to respond to me. There is NOBODY I did not respond to within 24 hours?!
I have always responded to everyone within 24 hours so we both said Etsy made the mistake.
Being that Etsy made the error I would please like my score changed to where it should be, as a Star Seller for June, which is what I earned.

You are not talking to Etsy here--only other sellers like yourself.
If you wish to contact Etsy you need to go to your dashboard>help>contact us and follow all the breadcrumbs.
That said--een if you do all that Etsy will not "fix" SS stats, not even if it is their mistake as it is all run by bots. You just have to live with it until next go round.
@PasterCorte - Check your CSV to see exactly what message Etsy is saying you did not respond to.
All messages must be replied to - even if you were the buyer & not the seller.
However, I thought that once a message thread was started, Etsy linked all messages between the two parties? So if you sent the first message they would need to reply to it or vice/versa. But if suddenly one of you started a new thread, I thought Etsy placed all that in one thread?
Also, do check your spam box. Etsy had been sending some messages directly to spam. However, if you didn't take a spammed message out of the spam box then it will just sit there, judged to be spam.
And despite what Etsy's article reads or what a rep might tell you - coming to this forum to get an issue handled - this is peer to peer. So as mentioned, you'll need to open a help ticket with Etsy to see if they will correct your stats if they truly did make an error.

I say essentially because at least once we replied to a Message (in a thread that already had several Messages back and forth) and our reply started a new thread.
The system is automated and Etsy does not ever make any adjustments.
