My Star Seller status shows that I have 5 orders missing the tracking number. This is not correct because all my orders show the number.

Our engineers pushed a fix recently to prevent new orders with valid USPS tracking from getting stuck in 'pre-transit' when there's tracking activity accessible. We're still working on updating orders currently stuck showing as 'pre-transit' so they won't have any negative impact on things like Shipping Score. This happened to me too and I even use etsy labels. I reached out to a customer service rep and they said they are working on the issue. Mine went from 4 missing to 1 missing . Still frustrating since im shipping everything early with etsy labels.
Mine is showing 10 orders missing tracking. In my case they're $3.00 ring sizers that get a stamp.

Yes, But it's still being counted as "missing tracking" in Etsy's system. It's a $3.00 item that does not require tracking so something is wrong with their system..

It’s a technical issue. Many sellers, including myself, are experiencing the same issue of orders that have been shipped CORRECTLY with tracking numbers that are still being marked as “pre-transit” or lacking tracking numbers despite having the tracking number and all of its information attached to the order.
Not all countries require tracking on all orders to qualify for SS. I believe some countries are exempt on orders up to the $10 or $15 range.
In the US we do not get an exemption, since we can have tracking (or what qualifies as tracking to Etsy) on everything for no extra cost.
Etsy has deprived me of my earned SS status for several months because of their inability or unwillingness to credit me with the tracking I ALWAYS provide. I've chatted and phoned and got many apologies but nothing changes and so I'm not SS again this month and well into the future. It is most unfair and has made me lose respect and confidence in Etsy, and makes me wonder how they expect us to strive to be stars when they fail us so completely.
I'm having this too on about 10 orders and it's dropped my rating down. NOT COOL

Great, now maybe they can fix the bug that doesn't recognize the valid tracking numbers entered on combined shipping orders.
I have two orders marked as pre-transit that have been delivered through USPS. Do I need to contact someone, or will this be automatically fixed when Etsy resolves the problem?

@BeemohrKnitting This is an old zombie post and has to do with USPS.
First is your carrier recognized by Aftership? Are you entering the tracking number correctly. It is easy to transpose numbers.
Your items need to be at the post office before the end of your processing time frame. Etsy works on UTC and EST time so sellers in certain zones have to be careful to get things posted before their processing time frame ends. It has to be accepted and in transit before your processing time frame ends.
Are you using Contact us? Select a topic and then look for 'I still need help'? It sounds like you are not looking down to see the 'I still need help'?
@BeemohrKnitting: You need to check the applicable CSV file on your Star Seller page to see what Etsy thinks is late or otherwise has something wrong with it. In particular make sure that *Had processing time?* = yes, *Ship by* has a date, *Tracking/label date* has a date, and *Shipped on time?* = yes. Remember that Star Seller dates / times are in UTC not your time zone.
If the shipping company is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order.
Does the actual order show as at least "in transit"? Has the package been scanned? Sometimes a tracking number cannot be validated until after the first scan is publicly available. What happens if you click on the tracking number link on the actual order?
